Radio amp bypass lead kit

Post by Wireman60 » Mon Sep 19, 2022 9:07 am

Apologies as this has been covered before but is there a wiring kit that can be used to change the old 2007 unit to an aftermarket version and bypasses the amp without having to remove all the rear panels to get to the amp. . The kits that have been mentioned before say that the original amp is retained. I think mine is shot so need to get rid of it

There is no actual lead to bypass the amp, you would have to run new wires to the speakers. This would mean removal of the door cards and rear passenger cards, so it would make sense to remove just the one and replace the amp.
