Wondered if any of you lovely people could provide some insight as to why my bonnet doesn't appear to close properly. I've attached a pic.. its really annoying as it ruins the look of the car completely !!
Driver side headlight seems slightly wonky too... (Looking for US spec headlight covers if anyone has a hook up)
Any advice except "jump on it and bend it in to shape" is accepted

You'll have an incorrect battery fitted. It was to be a specific battery to fit properly under the bonnet.

Just checked mine, you need a Numax AM058L.
For confirmation, remove your battery and see if the bonnet closes correctly.

As Paul said wrong battery fitted you can get the proper one from Tanya Batteries
as for head light covers you can adjust slightly by the 4 screw bolts holding the
the head light covers on

You can modify the battery tray
Remove it
Take of the bracket that supports it to the inner wing.
Re-drill the holes for the bolts & re-fix so it’s flush with the inner wing flat bit.
Then reduced the bottom thickness of the battery tray, with an angle grinder, & re-fit
This works for me , but not the ‘purest’ among us
