ABS headache
Hi all, continuing with my abs issue with the erratic nonsense codes, I started working on it again, fitted the replacement module CPT black sold me, but no change. I am begining to suspect either the main relay (located under the engine fusebox) or possibly the ABS pump.
If I connect a diagnostic wire, the dash abs light should flash the codes, but it just dims a little in time with the flashes. I have checked a few grounds and ok so far and the pump positive lead is showing 9 to 10 volts
If anyone has the main relay, and or the pump I would take them off your hands.
Also if anyone can add any suggestions to what it might be, I would be grateful

Re: ABS headache
Did you follow the guide in the oracle, as that states you use a jumper wire and 12v LED, which you can then read the codes?

Re: ABS headache
Yes, I had the led in FPS and gnd, and the jumper TBS to gnd. I was stating the dash abs light should flash on and off, but whatever is wrong, suspects are with the relay, it dims rather than goes out

Re: ABS headache
I've done that already in a previous post, 'ABS codes headache', a couple of months ago
