Hello!

Quick question, how easy is it to get the carpet out of the Probe.

Over the winter Iโ€™m thinking of taking it out and giving it a prober clean up.

Oh and what have people found works best to clean it with?

Cheers

It's time consuming, probably more fun putting it back, as it's shaped and doesn't move too much.

Thank you, perhaps if it might be best to tackle it by just taking the seats out then ๐Ÿ˜€

Depends on how wet it's going to get  . the main pain is you have to loosen or remove the seat belt anchors and some of the trim.

If I leave it in the car probably not too wet, probably a decent cleaner of some sort, brush elbow grease and a vacuum!! Wonโ€™t need to rush it as Iโ€™ll do when I take the car off of the road for winter.

Good house hold foam cleaner does the trick unless heavy stains then seats out/centre consul out
belt brackets out lower/door steps out /back seat lift up/ rear side panels the carpet will come down
and remove carpet a gentle jet wash and hang to dry
Ps
Theres a few tabs that lock the carpet under the rear bulk head

Nice one, thank you. Thankfully itโ€™s not heavily soiled, just want to freshen it up.

Just take all the seats out, far easier ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿคฃ
