Cruise Control on V6

Just reading some Ford Sales books from 94/95/96/97 and they all say that Cruise Control is standard on the 24v.
Why doesn't mine have it... not that I'm bothered... just somewhere between curious and puzzled! Any thoughts appreciated :-)

does it have a sunroof?

My similar age LHD has no cruise, no sunroof and different heater controls

Steering wheel is an early one with no cruise controls, have you a shot of the engine bay as it may have been taken out
my early 24v has cruise ;) fitted

my 1994 one does too, although it doesn't work at the moment
