For Simps , this is easy , unless you are low-profile , then give up , go to a fitting bay.
First , check the valve is good , then,
Wheel right side up , brush real soap/water round the rim , then again round the tyre rims.
Check rotation direction of tyre , then angle it at about 45 deg and keep pushing it into the deepest well of the wheel.
Keep pushing until only a short length is left to push over into the well.
Now you can use the tyre lever with a piece of rag underneath to help the rest of the tyre over the outside of the wheel.
Not quite so easy , but basically , do it again , plenty of soap.
Tyre is on.
Now you need a decent air supply to snap it into position.
