What dash light is this??!

Hi guys,
Ford can't tell me and the owners manuals I've found online say it's blank. Should I be concerned??

May, because I regularly top up the washers, once a year flush out the bottle with a hose

Mine came on once and it was due to it being clogged up. The advice I got at the time was allow it to drain then pour in some hot water.
It worked and the light went out

Filled with washer liquid, pumped it all through, still on... filled it with washer liquid, a week later randomly goes off.
