I understand that no 3 may out be working, but don't just change it because one speed is not working, yes find a replacement, but I would run with 1,2 & 4 working, its not that often I even use no3 speed
Plus at the end of the day you may have to do a rewire to fit a 4 block resistor if you can't find the 4 in a line unit.

Yes they can, you just need to work out the value and wattage

Try changing this unit as maybe not the card burnt out,just the control switch

Thanks for all the info & help guys, picking the car up tomorrow from rustbusters & will then work out when i can do this.
