Are you talking Stamford in Rutland? If so I have a guy who did mine in a day, £58 for parts and £150 labour. We are near Sleaford if you are interested, Paul would rather breathe oil fumes
I love the smell of 5/30 fully synthetic
Oh dear, think you have issues

The IM has to come of, to remove the rear cam cover.
Don’t forget to use gasket sealer, & don’t tighten down too much, follow the spec.
The front cam cover is more straightforward
Kit
So do i gather it's worth doing the front one at the same time ?
Yes, oil leak on to the alternator, & F**k’s it

Yes definitely, I've had an alternator down because of being flooded by oil,

Pull the plug leads (one at a time

)
& see if you have any oil in the plug wells.
If so, dry it out.
It can short out & fry the dizzy

Pulled all the plug leads this morning & have to say i looked down the tunnel with torch & on the leads themselves & couldn't really see any evidence of oil, so don't know if its just a small leak & is all being burnt away or what ?, there's no evidence of any oil leaks anywhere else that i can see, perhaps you guys with V6 experience may have some answers ?
