Never forget , these are the notorious rear brake calipers.
The hydraulic side works fine , but the 'mechanical' side can let you down by seizing 'on' while you think the brakes are 'off' because you've released
the handbrake .

OK, had the chance to check out. Couldn't see anything obviously broken , so took Duncans advise on adjusting the 10mm nut at the lever. It was about 5/10mm from the top , found a deep 10mm and wound it down until its now firm on 3 clicks. It's now wound down to about 20mm.

Very pleased to read you have fixed the problem..............................but to have to take up that much slack on the cables .......hmmmmm.
