As we all know, the ‘late’ cars have a cast iron manifold.
Compared with the early cars, that have a “branched”, flowed , with each cylinder having an individual pipe to the flange.
My Question is , how much ‘performance’ gain, will I have if I put an early exhaust manifold on to a late car

Probably on it’s own, very little, they probably changed them to save money, a cast manifold was probably cheaper to make?
Also would it fit ok?

Yep, done it before, when the casting cracked on my first Probe.
