Fuel pump bridge

Post by CharlesUK » Sun Mar 06, 2022 12:47 pm

When bridging the fuel pump and ground on the diagnostics near battery the fuel pump turns on and relay clicks. Without bridge fuel pump does not turn on. Where to go next?

Yes, if the engine turns over when you turn the ignition key ,then the relay should 'click' , just like when you bridged the terminals in the diagnostics box
and the pump will run.
Problem is , if you have six black wires coming out of the immobilser and someone has connected them wrongly.

AS said check the wires on the Moby block connector as seems to be inhibited, when you linked the diag box
out did you also check to see if fuel was comming out from fuel filter into the fuel rail
