good news

Post by fuerte » Tue Sep 12, 2017 4:00 pm

I am delighted to share with you some good news.I have finally found and signed a tenancy on a house I am happy with that has no restrictions re dogs, smoking etc.
2 car driveway, teeny garage for my parts, conservatory(not as fancy as sounds!) and enclosed back garden for my dog.
Area seems ok as much as anywhere is these days.People working class and friendly.
Right Move and Zoopla nearly sent me insane. But luckily I contacted a previous private letting agent I rented off before and he held house for me until I could sort a courtesy car.He said he gets his business by word of mouth only so I was lucky I had used him before.
GSD owner himself so that was lucky.
Tenancy starts beginning next month so I can finally enjoy for a few weeks my last days in my deceased parents house and will have use of it for 3 weeks after.
So chuffed.Just got to wait to see if car ready today or tommorow.
There is always light at the end of the tunnel but there are some really long tunnels out there sometimes!!!!!
Anyway happy days. Now I don't have to cancel my holiday later this year.

Well done, don't forget to take electric, gas and water meter readings as you leave AND when you arrive at your new
home. Use a camera/phone to record, if you can.
Best wishes in your new life.

cheers for best wishes.Sometimes we all seem to go through hard times at the same time so I am hoping a few more of us may have some good luck coming.
