sounds to me that if you haven`t got a keyfob, the immobiliser has been bypassed,
as for the boot lock, use the boot release to access the boot, could save you from breaker a key in the lock, (push remove or give the boot lock a good dose of wd40

Is access only possible from underneath the car , or can it be done from the top ?

What`s wrong with the radiator, some companies can repair them (I`ve used Hartlepool radiator company in the passed )

Cheers Mojo. Coolant and oil were topped up yesterday. Me and Paul Seymore also changed alternator belt as it had snapped. I have OBD2 but believe these dont work on older cars. Hi, on each corner of the sonroof`s there are drain tubes, sound like your drives side is blocked,
runs from corner of sunroof to inside the driver wing, and if like me, you will extend them so it drains below the drivers wing, to help prevent your base of the wing rusting
