If anyone has a minute over the next few days can you post a link to earth cable for 1997 late 24v.There are different sizes that say fit the probe.
I read up on it following Kits suggestion and it is worth a try.

WD40 will trash the locks. 'Traditional' WD40 not only removes the water, but also the grease which is used inside the lock as a lubricant, effectively opening it up seizures. GT85 on the other hand is apparently an oil / lubricant spray, so should work, however I guess any sort of oil-based lubric...

Thanks, I will give the gt85 a try and after that, guess im moving down south 😁 I swear by Gt85 for locks.I should be on commision. If lock frozen put key slightly in door lock to open up cover if its still on there and spray gt85 down length of key a couple of times. If it works just do the same e...

I swear by GT85..it is a water repellant.If you cannot turn your key if lock is frozen put key in and spray gt85 down the key.
I tried wd40 and it didnt work on this probe when I first got the car.
