If it’s possible, you need to run the car and look under the dash to see is anything moves as you push the buttons.
You might find that only one is at fault.

If you believe that it's the blower unit, not the actual blower if you are getting different speeds, then you will probably need to remove the dash to get to it. It can be time consuming, because some of the fixings are in awkward places, there is one in the middle of the dash, near the windscreen, ...

I’m using a spring cap for both, it doesn’t matter as there is now where for the pressure relief to go anyway. I had a similar problem and just needed to adjust idle air control screw. Should be instructions on the Oracle Why do you think that there is no where for the pressure relief to go? They w...

Hi,
have you checked the water levels? Remove the flat cap ( not the sprung one) on the engine, and check that the water is to the brim
