Have you taken the (blue cover off) and looked at the capacitors Large ones to see if there blown or domned
out i have some here

Check your codes it may ne just a blown thermal fuse.or count the blinks oo the dash

Could be the o ring failed on the dissy pull the dissy out to check get new o ring or use wynns gasket maker around the
old o ring and re-install could also be the rocker cover gasket so just replace the gasket

Sounds like the aculator on the heater box has gone can you hear the aculator move when
you change to windscreen setting

When you linked the fuel pump out have you pulled the pipe off too the fuel filter and the one
off the fuel filter to the banjo connector and checked for fuel

Eight cans of Stella and a angle grinder but seriously even if you cut it out you will loose the
Rear anchor points for the rear seat belts and need to weld back in i would jack up as high as you can put on stands or ramps
and give the tank straps etc a good wire brushing and WD 40 for a while ;)
