Update: still no joy.

Replaced the dash heater controls yet I’ve still got the same issue:
- unable to change heat direction.
- no matter what button pressed I only get hot/cold to the floor.
1-4 and hot-cold work.

All fuses intact, what else am I looking to replace?

You should hear the servos moving the flaps behind the centre console when you press the different air flow buttons. They might be sticky or as said the heater control unit has failed. So on quick inspection I can’t see anything out of place but I may need to move some trim to have a better look. I guess 1-4 work as the sound of moving air increases on each number, just no production coming from the windscreen/front facing vents. The flow to the footwell is weak also when on 4.

Interesting, the cab gets nice and hot after warm up and I’ve got air at the footwell but it’s quite weak.

No hot/cold air

Only been on the road for a few months and noticed that I’m not getting hot/cold air from the front facing vents/windscreen etc. footwell works. Fuses all intact, vent switched open. Any ideas?
