The unit of switches was an exact match and I was told it was working from a member of the forum. Both units function the same - buttons lights up when pressed but no change in direction just blowing at the floor. Car is non-ac model but still has the AC button. Just had a quick look and feel while the car was running. No movement or sound coming from either module on driver/passenger side. There’s a pair for sale online however it’s postage from Lithuania - is there anything else that could cause these to fail? Thanks

Sounds like the aculator on the heater box has gone can you hear the aculator move when you change to windscreen setting That sounds about right, I don’t hear any movement or activity from behind the dash when the directions are pressed. Update: still no joy.

Replaced the dash heater controls yet I’ve still got the same issue:
- unable to change heat direction.
- no matter what button pressed I only get hot/cold to the floor.
1-4 and hot-cold work.

All fuses intact, what else am I looking to replace?
